A brief, supportive call with an expert who understands neurodivergent teens, young adults,
and exhausted parents.
When you’re not sure what your family needs next, a short conversation can make a big difference. Thrive Neurodivergent Parent Circle – Free Session
“I Wish I Could Talk to Parents Who Truly Get This.”
Experience a supportive, judgment-free space where shared understanding meets real tools you can use at home.
Parenting a neurodivergent teen or young adult can feel isolating, especially when others don’t understand the daily emotional intensity, stalled independence, or executive functioning struggles you’re navigating. A free Parent Circle session gives you a chance to experience what it feels like to be in a room with parents who truly get it.
These sessions blend supportive conversation with practical insight. You’ll hear common patterns explained in ways that reduce shame and increase understanding, and you’ll leave with at least one concrete strategy to try at home. This is not a lecture — it’s a guided, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
Parent Circle Subscription
“I Don’t Want to Keep Doing This Alone.”
Ongoing monthly guidance, connection, and skill-building so you feel steadier, more confident, and less isolated.
Ongoing change takes ongoing support. Our Parent Circle subscription provides a consistent, structured space for caregivers who want more than one-time advice. These monthly groups offer a combination of education, guided reflection, and real-world strategy building focused on family communication, emotional regulation, motivation, and boundary setting.
Parents benefit not only from expert facilitation, but from the normalization and shared wisdom that comes from community. You’ll learn how to respond differently at home, build resilience in yourself and your child, and feel less alone in the process. Over time, this steady support helps families shift from crisis-driven reactions to thoughtful, confident parenting.
Neurospicy: A Parent Empowerment Guide (Book)
“Why Does My Child Act This Way?”
A compassionate, brain-based guide that replaces frustration with understanding
and gives you tools that actually work.
Neurospicy helps parents understand what’s really going on beneath behaviors that often cause worry, frustration, or conflict. Instead of blame or simplistic advice, this book offers brain-based explanations and compassionate reframes that change how you see your child — and yourself.
You’ll learn how stress, nervous system differences, executive function challenges, and developmental timing all shape behavior. More importantly, you’ll discover what actually helps: how to support regulation, build motivation, reduce power struggles, and strengthen connection. This guide empowers you with knowledge and practical tools that transform daily interactions and long-term outcomes.
Empowering Neurospicy Individuals and Families (Course)
“I Need More Than Tips — I Need Real Understanding.”
A deeper dive into the biology, stress patterns, and developmental roots of neurodivergence — plus practical strategies for home.
This self-paced course goes deeper than surface strategies, helping families understand the foundations of neurodivergence — including biology, stress patterns, communication differences, and developmental pathways. Through structured lessons and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to translate insight into action at home.
Parents gain tools for reducing conflict, supporting executive function, strengthening trust, and guiding growth toward independence. Whether you’re new to this journey or looking for more comprehensive understanding, this course provides a roadmap for sustainable change grounded in both science and lived experience.
1-Hour Parent Consultation
“I Need a Plan, Not Just More Information.”
Focused, expert problem-solving to create a clear, realistic action plan tailored to your family.
Sometimes families need focused, expert problem-solving — not just general guidance. In this one-hour consultation, we take a close look at your specific challenges, clarify what’s driving the current difficulties, and identify leverage points for change.
Together, we develop a realistic, developmentally appropriate plan you can begin using immediately at home. You’ll leave with clear next steps, tailored recommendations, and a stronger sense of direction. This session is ideal when you want practical answers, a second clinical lens, or a plan that pulls everything together.
The Launch Pad
“Everything Feels Disconnected — We Need Coordinated Support.”
A customized combination of services that work together to build emotional stability, life skills, and forward momentum.
The Launch Pad provides coordinated, customized support for teens and young adults whose challenges span emotional regulation, executive function, and real-world skills. Rather than managing multiple providers on your own, this program brings services together into one cohesive, expert-guided plan.
Supports may include evaluations, executive function coaching, job readiness work, therapy, medication management, electronics detox, and parent coaching. Each element is selected based on your goals and your young person’s strengths and needs. The Launch Pad builds confidence, competence, and forward momentum — helping young people move from stuck to steadily progressing.
The Teen Group
“My Teen Needs Practice — Not Just Talking.”
Structured peer groups where teens build real skills in regulation, social confidence, and executive functioning.
The Teen Group offers structured peer support where neurodivergent teens and young adults build emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social communication skills in real time. This is not just a talk group — it’s an active learning environment where participants practice planning, problem-solving, and navigating peer interactions.
Teens benefit from guided support, peer encouragement, and the experience of being with others who share similar challenges. Over time, skills practiced in group transfer into school, work, friendships, and family life — increasing confidence and reducing isolation.
The Village
“We’ve Tried Pieces of Support — It’s Still Not Enough.”
A comprehensive, therapeutic community where neurodivergent young people build independence with coordinated, long-term support.
The Village is Thrive Emerge’s most comprehensive program, designed for neurodivergent young people who need immersive, coordinated support to build independence. Combining therapeutic guidance, peer community, experiential learning, and life-skills development, The Village addresses emotional health, executive function, social growth, and family dynamics together.
Participants engage in structured, real-world experiences that build competence, resilience, and confidence. Families receive support alongside their young person, ensuring growth is reinforced at home. The Village is ideal when piecemeal services haven’t been enough and a more integrated, developmental approach is needed.
