Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an important approach for patients struggling with addictions or those seeking a more skill-based approach.

 

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy – skill-focused training assists those with severe emotional dysregulation as seen in trauma, ADHD and ASD.

 

Family Therapy and

Parent Training

Family Therapy and Parent Training – particularly for our teens and young adults, families play a critical role in shaping the child’ movement into independence.  This work  focuses on modifying family dynamics to better support personal growth; and on parenting skills that encourage autonomy while delivering appropriate expectations and consequences.
